Wow, the holidays will be here before you know it.

The first and one of my favorites is Halloween. I think it is one of the most fun, because the kids are so into this day. They are so cute in their little costumes and so excited to go out and trick and treat. I find the children coming into our store are drawn to the Halloween candles.

Making the pumpkin, ghosts, spider molded candles are a lot of fun, as well. However, they are some of the most difficult to make. Therefore, we make them to order, not keeping a supply on hand. So when you get your Halloween candles, in the fragrance you want, you will know they are fresh and not left over from last year. Because of this, your orders need to be made soon.

We have some new fragrances on our list and they are: Jasmine, Red Velvet Cake, and Firewood. Firewood smells just like wood burning out camping or inside your house. I think it is nice to put Firewood and Cinnamon Buns burning at the same time.

Candle users say they most frequently burn candles in the living room (42%), followed by the kitchen (18%) and the bedroom (13%).

Fragrance is by far the most important characteristic impacting candle purchases today, with three-fourths of candle buyers saying it is “extremely important” or “very important” in their selection of a candle.

Candle purchasers say they view candles as an appropriate gift for the holidays (76%), as a housewarming gift (74%), a hostess/dinner party gift (66%), a thank you (61%) and as adult birthday gifts (58%).

Yep, it’s time!

It’s time to start thinking about Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, weddings, birthday, and all those other holidays.

We are having a great sale May 6th. The surprise is what is on sale, which I’m not telling. If I did, it wouldn’t be a surprise sale. Right?

It will be great because it will give you a time to stock up on the gifts you will need in the future.

Surprise Sale on May 6th

I’m really liking these one day sales. They are fun, offering a very good deal and extremely cost effective for the customer.

So, on May 6th, we have decided to have a surprise sale.

Remember, there are days coming up when we will need gifts, such as : Administrative Professionals Day, Mother’s Day, Armed Forces Day, Father’s Day, Birthdays, Anniversary, Weddings, Teacher end-of-the year gift, Grandparent”s Day, the holidays–4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

In this economy, we need to keep in mind buying ahead IS more cost effective. So, these one day sales a great for that.

Also, in this economy, people need everything that can make them feel good. What better than aroma therapy? I’m talking about being able to enjoy the little things, a home cooked meal eaten in front of the fireplace with candles lit inside and candles on the table, melts being melted in the bathroom waiting for your bath. And of course, all the fragrances take you back to a happier time. This helps us to go forward with the hardness of life.

And, yes, we want this for you, for all of us, so we are trying to make it affordable.
